When We Refuse To Forgive

We had another great session on Unforgiveness at Woman 2 Woman last night.  (If you want info on where we meet and how you can participate, let me know!)

I read that when we refuse to forgive, it’s almost as if we’re drinking poison expecting someone else to die. We lock ourselves in a prison of our own making unable to experience the fullness and sweetness of God’s mercy and grace.  This can lead to emotional, physical, relational, sexual and financial complications. 

The blessings of the Lord maketh rich and addeth no sorrow (Proverbs 10:22). He knows the thoughts that He thinks towards us, thoughts of good, not of evil, to bring us to an expected end (Jeremiah 29:11). Let us walk in obedience to His Word and His Will so that we can live the best lives possible.
